Stephanie Ayres

Stephanie Ayres has worked for two Labour MPs, Andrew Faulds MP and Lord Mandelson.  During her time in the House of Commons she worked on controversial bills (Parents Against Tobacco and Sunday Trading) which gave her a good insight into how Parliamentary procedure works.  She worked in Millbank during the 1997 election campaign and then worked as a government relations and public affairs specialist for 27 years during which she specialised in the areas of defence procurement and space policy.  

Over that time she worked for two of the largest UK government relations consultancies (GJW and APCO) and in-house for Raytheon for 6 years where she was the Director for Communications and Corporate Affairs.  She has worked on over 20 successful defence procurement campaigns and has expanded that work into the burgeoning UK space sector.
