Sal Copley

Sal Copley has over 20 years' experience in strategic leadership and effective influencing approaches, across a wide range of UK-facing and global humanitarian, women's rights, housing, health and active travel charities.  A former Labour parliamentary candidate and political advisor on women and equalities during the pandemic, she provided expert guidance on race, gender, and disability issues. 

Sal has successfully influenced legislation and secured government commitments, working closely with global leaders. She is firmly committed and well experienced at working closely with people with lived experience to develop and deliver effective campaigns for system change.
